The rooftop pool views are fine, makes for some epic sundowners. Brekkie was lekker with loads of fresh fruit, and the vibe at the bar was chilled while we relaxed. Staff were super friendly, always up for a chat, feel more homey!

The noise from partygoers can get a bit much at night, so if you're a light sleeper, be prepared for some late-night jol vibes.

wifi internet connection is only downstairs and never worked properly,always disconnects and then dont work untill the router is reseted by staff,but you alwas need to ask for it,thats realy upsetting as when were choosing hotel needed the internet in my room!and that was stated in advert,but no wifi at all.

Nice beach nearby, rooms clean with ample space. Rooftop pool offers fine views but is small for swimming. The game room lacks excitement. Late-night noise from nearby parties can be disruptive. A decent place for a stay.

It was just a proper fit for a weekend breather in El Arenal (Mallorca) with real value for money. The breakfast had a decent range, especially the fresh bread and meats which were nice.

Beach is not far from hotel. Bus's stop and the water park are not far from hotel. There are many delicious and varied food. Good value for money.

This room is not air-conditioner. Very stuffy and noisy to sleep. The room features a minimum. Distatsionny not miss the remote control at the TV.

A lovely spot for families, with a variety of food options that was great! The rooftop bar was the highlight, perfect for sipping cocktails while soaking up the amazing views. Staff was friendly and also quick with cleaning tables.

The layout of the bathroom could use some improvement, as the glass doors felt less private. Expect a bit of noise from outside during the evenings.

everything was very good, i would recommend. perfect hotel, the staff were all very hard working and attentive and the location was incredible on the sea. the twin room i got was complete with beautiful views, an extra bed, as example.

the beach was close and even was at the end of arenal it was the best,food was really good

if you are with old people is not really good position cause it hard to walk to the hotel, lift was alway out of order and sometimes we had to walk on the 5th floor, too many germans and noisy in the night that we could't sleep propley. i would suggest for young people not for old people

the elevators were slow. but the rooftop pool offered stunning sea views. loved the comfortable beds. the staff were super friendly and helpful. location was close to the beach and shops.

The view from the balcony was nice , the location was close to the beach, just 5 minute walk, the food was okay, not to variety, but the desert were nice. This hotel good for the young peope who wants to spend less money for the hotel and more to the fun .

The lift was smal, and the room looks very old , and the paint came out from the wall :) they should keep some plant around the swimmingpool to make it more nice , the room was noise a littlebit, because we could hear the next room :) but we spend there nice time so it was okay.

Excellent food and fine rooftop views

The dining experience was really good. Breakfast featured freshly baked croissants and a variety of organic juices, and I appreciated the convenience of the bus station right outside the hotel. The rooftop cocktail bar offered amazing views over Palma. I was disappointed by the lack of a fridge in the room, which seemed like a basic amenity.

Very good location, 5 minute walk from the beach, supermarkets and restaurants directly beside it. The room was spacious, balcony and cleaned daily. Room on the 9th floor, not disturbed by noise. Stayed half board, wide choice of food to choose from each night, salads, pasta, pizza, meat, fish, soup, fruit, dessert. Buffet style so could have as much as you pleased. Pool was small, never packed so managed to get a lounger, pool side bar played music, reasonable prices. Great place to stay and excellent value for price paid.

Wifi tended to be poor at times and only available in the reception area.
